We are confident you will love our product but if you are not happy for any reason, we can offer a refund or exchange.
Eco Health products can be returned if the seals on the packaging are not broken.
To return an item please drop us an email at info@ecohealth.uk and we will arrange to send out by post or email your return label, whatever is more convenient for you.
We will confirm to you once we receive your item, and we will notify you on the status of your refund.
Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days from date of posting depending on your bank.
